Standard One-Year Warranty

All devices sold by Dp Derm LLC come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. This includes all micro-needling devices, DP Cryo, DP Tattoff, DP Infuse, and any other equipment furnished by DP Derm LLC. The warranty for parts and labour will be contingent on proper use of the device and following all operating instructions. During the warranty period, defects in the device will be repaired free of charge as long as the malfunction is due to defective material, or workmanship. The warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, scratches or chips, unauthorized repairs, or improper cleaning.

3MD™ and 3PRO™ Extended Five-Year Warranty:

The 5-year warranty ONLY applies to 3MD™ and 3PRO™ devices. To get the 5-year warranty extensions, you must register as a member of ProZone on www.dermapenworld.com within 60 days of purchasing your device. If you have not validated your warranty via the website within 60 days of purchase, the standard 1 year warranty rule will apply. The warranty for parts and labour will be honored based on the condition of proper use of the device and following of the operating instructions. During the warranty period, defects in the device will be repaired free of charge as long as the malfunction is due to defective material, or workmanship. The warranty does not cover loss, damage due to wear and tear, negligent use, hard impacts, missing parts, water damage, scratched or chipped, unauthorized repairs, or improper cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE: WARRANTY CANNOT BE FULFILLED ON DEVICES DAMAGED THROUGH USE OF OFF-BRAND CONSUMABLES.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE CONTINGENT ON AN ACCOUNT BEING ACTIVE, MEANING THERE MUST BE A TIP (CARTRIDGE) ORDER PLACED WITH AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.

Protect your warranty by purchasing ONLY genuine consumables through authorized distributors. Please contact DP Derm™ to verify supplier authenticity.

Warranty Procedures for In-Warranty Devices:

DP Derm™ will either repair or replace devices purchased from DP Derm that are within the warranty period. In order to process a warranty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact DP Derm™ offices at 844-737-3376 (International clients call +1-305-552-0550), via info@dpderm.com, or through your representative to obtain a warranty fulfillment form.

  2. Fill out the warranty fulfillment form IN FULL with your shipping, payment, and original purchase details.

  3. Return the form to DP Derm™ offices with your proof of purchase (invoice, etc).

  4. All warranties incur a shipping charge of $25 which cover all shipping from and back to the client (GROUND shipping only, EXPRESS shipping request will incur higher charges).

  5. Upon receipt of the warranty fulfillment form and all other required documents, either a loaner device or a replacement device will be shipped out to the client. The package will also contain a return shipping label for the faulty unit.

  6. The faulty unit MUST BE sent back WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS. If the faulty unit is not returned within 15 business days, DP DERM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CLIENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500.

Procedures for Out-of-Warranty Devices:

As a current client, there are options available to you if your 3MD or 3PRO device is no longer under warranty. Your options are outlined below:

  1. You may purchase a refurbished unit with NO warranty for $500.

  2. You may purchase a refurbished unit with a ONE year warranty for $1,000.

  3. You may purchase a NEW unit eligible for a 5 year warranty extension for $1,500. PLEASE NOTE: you MUST register as a user on ProZone on www.dermapenworld.com with your replacement device's serial number to receive the warranty extension.
